U can try dis method
Long press menu button>system setup>erase flash fs
Although i am nt sure if dis ll permanently fix the issue.
But u can try if u want.

Finally solved PVR unauthorized problem in permanently .. DishTV customer care service is tooo good ... After complian with in 10 mins they call me to fix my stb pvr problem .They fully active my PVR ...

Yes before but some time got PVR unauthorized notification
