Search option is present since beginning. Press menu & scroll right. You'll get it.

This boot up screen is not new. It's present since 2017 when I upgraded to HD. Only new thing in it is account balance. It wasn't shown earlier.

That feature is for customer's convenience & every DPO should enable it.

You're also having the same cal-comp box(smart choice).
This box was also having search option since beginning. All STBs of a particular generation have same features & software version, only the design changes.

I have this box, I have tried manually updating the software. Software gets downloaded and installed successfully but it is not upgrading it the version number remains 619.

Any other trick to get it updated to the latest software? Please help.
