Seeking Help Regarding extra charges on channel selection

From last month I want to remove evergreen classics active from my pack many times tried but not removed I told dia the intelligence assistant but the system reply the channel is part of any add ons or combo. But no any combo or add on carrying such channel and how many I tried to remove the channel I was got charged one day of my subscription now what can I do when cc can't help me.

Also try changing whole pack.... Choose a D2h combo pack and see whether it removed....

Anything to add or remove in d2h
Some channels don't get added anything u do but
If few channels if they r added then they never go

Remove everything, and add only basic fta pack....

Yes correct.one day i added zee anmol,instead they activate star bharat

Create new pack with only basic tier and remove other channels and services everything.... Later that, create your favourite pack

But every time I was charged 1 day of my subscription for that no any solution
