Rumours Zee is taking Bindass Sun Is taking one of Odia channels expected announcement after Star Channels distribute by Indiacast .

Bindass most likely will be revamped as a youth channel with possibility of Channel V making a comeback..... There is likely to be other such changes too, will discuss on it later

This condition was specifically laid as the star and viacom were already strong in those respective markets .so selling them would further make market difficult

the new company is eying to monetize its English content. They are going big with English content . (Also some shows will be available in multiple language)

1. colors infinity will be the main GEC , with drama, reality shows bolstering shows such as shark tank , GOT , House of dragon , succession and more.
2. comedy central will completely revamp its programing and bring new shows exclusive for comedy central Asia.
3. Star Movies will be the destination for all movies (other channel includes star movies select)
4. Vh1 will be pure english music channel
in terms of kids , Disney channel is going to focus on international youth content , and nickelodeon and hungama are going to cater for general kids content. sonic will focus on desi animations and cartoons, boosting local content creators.
