Removing Add-On

Is there any way to remove the Add-On from the online portal?? Please help me...

Adding Add on you can do online but Removing Add on you need to call CC only.

I sent an email to CC just 30 minutes before and within the next 15 minutes, they deactivated the Add-On.. Also my subscription validity got extended...

You can remove your ala carte pack
by going
to packages

and then
base pack plus ala carte

now select the channel that you want to remove

Going down on the page confirm your email address

And click on remove ala carte

You're done

Lockin period should have passed

I tried earlier there (but not actually to remove add on). But I didn't find the option to remove. Anyway, in future, I will use this way...
