RIO MRP rates published by broadcasters

GTPL KCBPL preselected 100 channels of fta as per their choices.. We are not able to select 75 channels of pay channels under 130* NCF.they charged extra NCF .

Even, the list also not updated. Old prices are available here. As example, previous price of Zing & Zee News was ₹1 & ₹0.5 respectively, recent price are ₹0.1 for both. But, they are demanding the old prices.

Yes, bro. I haven’t subscribed any pack yet from my cable operator. All pay channels blocked except NHK World.

I am getting these HD channels NHK world, AL Jajeera, TRT world HD for free along with local HD channels.

Broadcaster packs are not mandatory on any network. Only Al-a-carte is mandatory. Your operator isn't breaking any rules. If you need choice and don't like what he's providing you, you can switch to another DPO.

Are you sure ? Page 9 clause 3 says this

Every distributor of television channels shall offer to all subscribers each bouquet of pay channels offered by a broadcaster

I was of the same opinion like you, before reading this.

There's no such restriction for Al-a-carte channels.

There is no provision for online submission.so there is no soft copy or hardcopy proof.but in the terms of GTPL Recommended bouquet,they compulsarily added colors pack.Some of LCO will not do the Ala-carte,Bouquet selection on online,They forced to select GTPL KCBPL recommended bouquets only.

Lots of Members saying we are not going to encouraging to STAR / SUN packs which is higher rates,

but seeing lots members still subscribing this packs and encouraging them
