Jagga Jasoos has disappeared from star/disney chs though it is not that bad movie, even Star Gold Select not airing it.
And XPlor is airing quite number of good films but has extremely poor distribution or even promotion by Zee... A channel destined to succeed but failing bcoz of wrong strategy

I think In future these will be aired and I see a SGS type of channel coming from Sony in near future

I am expecting 1 or 2 new hindi movie chs which will launch separately or Wah may rebrand as one of them. SGS type of channel from Sony is much needed but i doubt it.. Although I m expecting some major changes in Sony Max...it may well start giving bollywood major airtime soon

What i most like about Sony is that they put lot of efforts, energy, thoughts, creativity in launching new chs or rebranding them...these take little longer time but final product is worth appreciation... Right now apart from content strategy everything is perfect on their hindi movie chs

Sony is very much capable of running great channels. Look at the care they take with the content and packaging of Sony TV, Sony Sab, Sony Pix and the SPSN sports network. Even Sony Max 2 is a good example. Also, do not forget that Sony Max HD was originally a SGS/&xplor HD type of channel with niche and classic movies.

1st dubbed movie aired in star gold in 2006 Chiranjeevi starrer jai Chiranjeevi in hindi bajrang the he man which is now with SPN. In star gold only in 2002 aired Muthu maharaja rajnikant dubbed movie.
