Star/disney had it since many yrs, last yr viacom18 too acquired rights and movie was shared between the two. Now maybe Eagle signed similar pact with zee

Some Zee Studios produced films rights also with sony and star/disney. Still sony merger not approved but later it may share films so it will not b a surprise but some days a Zee Studios film satellite or digital rights were announced being with star/disney
