UTV Movies reducing ad time can also be indication that they have stopped giving ad slots to brands as channel might be nearing rebranding stage. After new avatar comes, new ad rates and agreement will be entered into

Also along with YRF i think Dharma Productions, Viacom18, T-Series and some other smaller banners moving onto Star/Disney platform.

Also i am quite certain that a Sony Max2 or Zee Bollywood kind of channel is in store

T series broke its partnership with Star to join Sony, plus Tseries is involved in more than a dozen productions of which many are star based deals like Ajay Devgans deals so there is no need for Tseries to go to Star already a huge influx of movies with the existing partners i.e Jio Studios, YRF, Hrithik Roshan, Ajay Devgan, Nadiadwala Grandson, Fox Star Studios, Goldmines (2nd Choice) , is enough plus Tseries (2014-17), Salman Khan Films (2010-2017) are already with them, plus they also acquire big budget dubbed movies.
Also many series i.e Khiladi series (Sabse Bada Khiladi, Khiladiyon ka Khiladi, Mr and Mrs Khiladi, international Khiladi, Khiladi 420) , No 1 series is already with Star

Another plus which Star has is the collection of most of the comedies be it Housefull, series the Venus movies (Hungama and Hulchul), khatta meetha ,Ready (shared with Viacom), Golmaal (3&4) or even the timeless classic Angoor they have the best comedy movies
Zee has Phir hera pheri, Welcome series, SRK comedies (Baadshah &Chennai Express)
Sony has Evergreen classic comedies like Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron and Half Ticket etc
