Seems like ajay devgan deal with star is over, after maidaan even runway 34 streaming rights with amazon prime video. If star had the rights like previous movies hotstar would have been streaming partner.

These days many stars and banners r selling digital and satellite rights separately and thus we can see a scenario where a company having presence in both Linear (TV) and OTT space is not necessarily getting to acquire satellite as well as digital streaming rights.

YRF, Ajay Devgn, T Series, Sajid Nadiadwala, Dharma Productions and many others all have such strategy.

Also film whose digital rights r sold by Ajay Devgn , they r available on both disney+hostar and Amazon Prime Video. Same was the case when Salman Khan had agreement with Star/disney

Digital yes possible but satellite is still unknown . Since this movie is produced by Ajay so high chances that satellite rights will go to Star . Also noticed that there is little space beside Amazon so logo will be put in upcoming posters . I think Star Gold Logo will be shown in trailer .

Could well b the case that Ajay Devgn Sir sold Digital and Theatrical rights to Panorama hence they will decide OTT partner while satellite rights r with Ajay Sir and star/disney will get these being the current partner.

Only if satellite rights have also been sold to Panorama which in my opinion is unlikely to happen then there is possibility that star / disney may or may not be the broadcast partner

Ajay-Star is just like Jai-Veeru from Sholay so most likely Satellite rights will be with Star until and unless and earthquake happens and Panorama Studios take rights from Ajay

Bachchan Pandey satellite rights as expected with Zee Cinema . So Nadiawala Grandson new deal is with Zee Network . This indicates that KEKD and other Nadiawala films will go to Zee - Sony Merged group
