Also sony used bachchan pandey title looks like merger process completes very soon and library will be shared between both the networks.

It seems that the 2nd batch of yrf movies shifting soon to star, the last batch also were last aired in March only last year. This month less played movies like bachna ae haseeno, New York aired on max in afternoon and some others like thoda pyaar thoda magic on max2 . So it looks like Sony is giving a farewell to these movies otherwise they never played them in prime time slots even when they were new.

Ajay devgan have a deal with Amazon prime video for digital rights of next 5 films...
Also all ajay devgan directed movies' digital rights are with Amazon prime video..
Even Digital rights of Shivaay are with Amazon prime.
Satellite partner are with either Zee or Star.

Not directed , produced* . His films are with Disney+Hotstar and satellite rights with Star Gold bro . Can u also provide a source for Amazon Prime Video deal ?. Shivaay first came on Hotstar and then went to Amazon .

You are right buddy. Many YRF, VVC and even T Series films which otherwise r ignored by Sony in the past so many years, they r all getting prime slots now across their channels and it is indication that these will shift to star/disney very soon
What is however different incase of Tashan premiering at Friday 8PM on Sony Max is that till now none of the movies which have shifted b it last year or likely to shift this year have got such a key Friday evening slot on Sony Max. There could b 2 reasons for this, maybe from Holi onwards Sony Max will adopt bollywood centric content strategy or this is some sort of promotional activity being done for Bachchan Panday which i have not been able to understand as both films from different banners

Yeah Star already lost Jio Studios banner
I am referring to maddock films, if u see all maddock films had jio studios as partner yet they were moving to star. So after nadiadwala grandson, star loses another banner. Anyways it is good only to have healthy competition as opposed to star bulldozing over everyone.
If negative rights with Jio Studios, they will bring everything Jio, Jio TV, Jio cinema, Netflix, Voot, Colors in movie and posters
