looks like most of us don't know that Pen Studio's Jayantilal Gada movie acquisition business Head at entire Zee network, even he sold maximum movies including South dubbed movies to Star Gold

Khuda Kasam moved to Zee from Disney-Star in May last year.

Yes . As Ashwink Bro said , Jayantilal Gada ( Creator of Pen Studios ) has a deal with Zee for Bollywood movies whereas for Telugu Movies , he has a deal with Star Network .

Just FYI, Star had bought rights through Dwarka Production for Akhanda and A Studios for Khiladi. Pen isn't involved in both those deals... Pen only owns Hindi rights for them.. Thats it. You can see distribution credits on those films trailers on Hotstar as well.
