Wrong. Sony/zee r one company , if zee would have renewed it then these movies would have continued airing on sony and zee hindi movie chs. If it is expiring from sony then star/disney or viacom18 will renew it
Bhai recent Aftab films moved to zee from sony like batwara

Buddy, that is due to integration of film library where sony-zee will share films. What i am referring to is that Aftab Pictures film library will shift from sony/zee. There is no need for sony to repeat films incase same is being shared with zee, repetition is happening bcoz most probably these r expiring from sony/zee

Also FYI batwaara rights may not b with Aftab Pictures as they r just distributor of the movie, rights may b with library company or producer. Infact it may well b Aftab Pictures, Suresh Productions rights may also b with library companies, if so they will sell rights of each banner in bundle. Rights of most of the older films across banners r with various library companies or IP rights r held by broadcasters for long time frame or permanently

After Aulad (1987) which recently shifted from star/disney to sony, now 2nd Sadanah Brothers film Chori Mera Kaam (1975) has shifted from star/disney to Viacom18... Tomorrow on Colors Cineplex Bollywood. Must say Colors Cineplex Bollywood and And Xplor HD r too excellent channels in their respective genre/segment and Tata Play users r really missing out on watching some awesome bollywood films

Does FOX Star Studios controls ADAM TV & Digital rights ? If so then there can be a possibility that other FOX Star / UTV - Dharma films might revert back to Star. I would like to know @dino29 perspective regarding this considering he has vast knowledge about indian film industry.
