I think High chances it will move to Zee as Soundarya Productions movies ( Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana and Tanu weds Manu both premiered on Zee first ,) . Tanu weds Manu is with Viacom whereas Shaadi is still with Zee . Although Ginny Weds Sunny ( Also produced by Soundarya Productions ) is still Unsold

All of vinod doshi films will b with Viacom18. Tanu Weds Manu shifted last year from zee to Viacom18 and Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana had endless repeats across zee hindi movies chs in last 5 months.... Shortly it will also shift to Viacom18

It is aired quite regularly on Colors Cineplex HD. Recently i had shared feedback with Viacom18 hindi movie cluster head to include more mainstream new and old bollywood films on the channel apart from offbeat cinema hence u may have noticed a decline in airing of Zilla Ghaziabad in last few weeks. Grateful to Viacom18 channel head for looking into feedback each time and making good changes in content strategy within shortest time period

Sony holds rights for Tera Suroor.

Aap Ka Suroor rights were held in initial years by star gold but at present none of the broadcasters have the rights. I am not sure if any broadcaster will b interested to acquire rights of this film , also it is not producer by a banner which has other popular films in its library hence it becomes even less possible for broadcasters to acquire this movie. Still u can request star/disney or viacom18 for this.

This movie unavailable officially on any OTT platform but YouTube has full movie thru some regular YouTube channels
