Sony holds rights for Tera Suroor.
Aap Ka Suroor rights were held in initial years by star gold but at present none of the broadcasters have the rights. I am not sure if any broadcaster will b interested to acquire rights of this film , also it is not producer by a banner which has other popular films in its library hence it becomes even less possible for broadcasters to acquire this movie. Still u can request star/disney or viacom18 for this.
This movie unavailable officially on any OTT platform but YouTube has full movie thru some regular YouTube channels

Thru Twitter tagging channel's social media handle if it is some general feedback, incase of star/disney or viacom18 i do tag star india /Viacom18 handle at end of each tweet bcoz i feel it helps feedback reach directly to star india corporate office. Incase of important feedback i tag senior person/ head of respective channel at end of tweet instead of corporate handle.
Also many times if feedback is too long then i send it thru mail id of respective channel / broadcaster or use feedback form available on website of channel / broadcaster and therafter notify same to channel head thru twitter.
All in all its quite a tiring and time consuming effort to research, prepare points, give its description and then sending it to broadcasters / channel head but in the end i am passionate about media world particularly TV/DTH industry hence try to share feedback so that overall experience improves for all.
