How come this movie never premiered on Sony or Star when it was released in Hindi?

Its "coming soon" teaser was shown in March first on goldmines channel & was uploaded on.YT channel too
And it was in a dubbing process for a long time till 2022, if its dubbing would have been completed before 2020 it would have been premiered on Sony or Star, but its teaser is coming in 2022, so it is premiering on Goldmines channel

LOVESHHUDA satellite rights acquired by zee after 6 years so I think TIPS Films might shift to zee-sony soon.
