If I remember the first dhoom was only released in Hindi, later 2nd and 3rd part of the franchise were released on Pan India level in Hindi, Tamil & Telugu...1st dhoom is not dubbed in any other languages yet, not even in tamil or Telugu, then how come in kannada...
It might be "Dhumm" which released in 2002 Starring Kiccha Sudeep Garu.
