I remember the case of Laal Singh Chaddha :
The digital distribution rights were acquired initially by Netflix at a cost of ₹150 crore. However, after the catastrophic performance of the film, Netflix cancelled the deal. Netflix had initially offered a figure of around ₹80–90 crore. Netflix finally offered a deal at ₹ 50 crore.
In this case, the deal was cancelled at first but after sometime everything was sorted.
Also, In the trailer of 1920 : Horrors of the Hearts it was clearly mentioned Zee Cinema as it's Satellite partner but later on it was premiered on Star Gold.
This is all that I know. If any of you know of another case, do tell.
