I think they will premiere on their own channel BFLIX!
No, they will not. Every Pen Studio's film first premieres on Zee/Star, then on BFlix. Examples are RRR, Chatrapathi, Gangubai, etc.
(Actually the films which are premiered on Disney-Star are not aired on BFlix. Examples are Vikram, Sita Ramam, etc.)

Sony is the first private broadcaster to collaborate with pen studio owner Jayantilal Gada
Second telecast of Sholay & first private broadcast. First one was on Doordarshan.

Another issue with content strategy of sony, Viacom18, zee is that they mostly renew movies which have been airing since long time across various rival network channels whereas Disney-Star though does same but they also renew many bollywood movies which have not been seen frequent airing on rival channels or sidelined by other broadcasters thus adding uniqueness + appeal for viewers to watch them.

Also none of the broadcasters airs diverse range of bollywood movies on their Hindi Movie Channels like we have seen Disney-Star been doing over last 6 years ....before 2017 even Disney-Star used to telecast many Dubbed South Indian Movies on its channels but as i have stated before too they take a note of viewer feedback and post evaluation make changes in content strategy or other things hence over the years they have constantly improved across all fronts thereby making them the the leading network in Hindi Movie Genre particularly among bollywood + dubbed hollywood movies segment
