Colors made a syndication deal for all the movies they had rights with star in 2012 ( not sure about the year, may be plus minus one), so whatever premiered on colors telecasted on star later. Colors was once a king when it comes to buying satellite rights. They basically premiered a new movie every single week. That time gec used to play movies all day Saturday & Sunday

Do producers gets any money if their movie is renewed by one network from another????

No, it's completely between networks, producer has no say here if any network wants to share their acquired movies with other
