Discussion Satellite rights of Hindi movies

What is the benefits of acquiring those films also they don't get any trp in those films also instead of ganapath they should have gone for salaar and vikram vikram would have gotten huge trp if Sony would have been broadcaster
It's easy to recover money for low cost movie even with low trp. A hit like 12th fail is enough to get some good profit. Actually it's N P Singh strategy to not go for high budget movies. Now with N P Singh leaving, it depends on next person.
Munjya with Star Gold
Maddock best combo is with Star only. Glad they came back

Maddock was not having a deal with star it was jio studios who was having a deal with star
Merger will complete by 2025 first half, then it will be again with colors. After merger there will be no Disney star

How can u say so bro? Maddock has had ongoing agreement with Disney-Star, there r movies solely produced by Maddock whose satellite + digital rights were bought by Disney-Star hence after merger there will most likely be sharing of movies between Viacom18 and Disney-Star and if Maddock Movies r part of this then we would see them airing on Hindi Movie Channels of both networks

Wrong bro. There r movies produced by Maddock Films with Jio Studios not being part of it but still Disney-Star got the rights so they had an agreement...... Jio Studios too had movie output deal with Disney-Star until sometime back when they decided to sell the rights to its own parent company TV Channels and OTT platform Jio Cinema but now again they alongwith Viacom18 production movies might premiere on Disney-Star however for OTT rights i am not sure if all of their movies might premiere on Jio Cinema / Disney+Hotstar or they might sell some of these to rival OTT platforms to increase revenue

Shiddat and hum do hamare do were hotstar acquisitions that does not mean that they were having deal
