I don't think so. Sony is managing YRF quite well. Star gets TRP due to great promotion of its premieres. Plus Star won't give justice YRF. At least Sony has a Max 2

Nadiadwala trying to move to sony because for his upcoming project bacchan Pandey, foxstar and Nadiadwala couldn't meet on financial terms. Foxstar wanted to acquire the whole rights of this movie. But Nadiadwala didn't agreed with it. That's why he has rejected foxstar for his upcoming projects
