I think they resolved rain problems. There is no signal loss in rain today.

installing a 90 cm dish reduces the rain fade considerably. technitians was right in demanding this. He should not have been banned. Agreed, he is abusive- but he could have been warned rather than being banned.
I have experienced the reduced rain fade myself after getting bigger dish installed.
