D2h changed my pack without my permission. I called cc. They were not supporting me. Then I said that I am goinng upbhokta fourm. Then they had reterned my balance. And change my pack. U should call cc and should say to go upbhokta fourm

what is this upbhokta fourm. can you elaborate this, so this will be useful to all our members.

Finally after 4 days of continuous calls and emails I got a new STB . Today morning Videocon technician came to my home and replaced the faulty STB with the new one. He apologized for the inconvenience I had . He told me that the guy who gave the first STB is from a third part agency and he might have given the faulty STB.
