settop box reboot

Hi all,

I have a problem with my D2H settop box. It is getting rebooting, when I operate my LG CRT 21" TV (Not all times but frequently), exp: while increasing/decreasing volume or AV mode etc.. any suggestion/help?

try To Factory Reset or Manual Software Upgrade...

I think the IR signal of TV remote is interfering with the signal. If that is the case you may need to position the STB away from TV and see if that helps.
