My Airtel annual package is due on March 23rd. Should i move to TS..?

I was very much interested in the Kayika Sadhya Pack from TS from the very beginning itself. As i was on ARP, i wasn't able to shift to TS.

Now i have asked a local TS guy in our area about the Kayika Sadhya Pack, nd he said there are two options One Month & Annual Package.
One Month - 2200
12 Month - 5600 (ALL HD CHANNELS for one year)

Nd again he told me that, as am already having airtel dish, he can realign it and can give the connection around 5000. (excluding dish)

I already ask this to two of the TS experts in our forum @Sagar bro & @Saj 007 bro. Nd they told me i can go with the annual package.

Looks like this 5000 deal is better than airtel's 5551 infinity pack.

Need your suggestion bro's..

But I'll suggest not to go for Annual pack, lots of thing can happen.
but bro Annual pack is more profitable than 1 month pack.
nd more over am getting all HD channels for 1 year. Not just the HD Versions of SD channels.

Bro, anything can happen in one year.
*DTH regulations
*DTH portability
*New player
*Dishtv-Videocon merger
May be lots more.
So it's always risky to go for a long term commitment.
Even if there's nothing , TS itself provide time to time special offers. If alert, after one year, a monthly customer will find himself spending lower than an annual customer.
The annual pack is for them, who want it simple, headache (not so much) free.

Fully agreed with this.. but all are assumptions - may or may not happen

But see this..
If i take a 1 Month new connection, its 2200. Without dish i may get it for 1500 or 1600.
Now Kayika Sadhya Pack, if i pay monthly
290/Month. 290*12 = 3480
So total for 13 Months iam paying 1600+3480=5080

Now adding HDAF, 175*12=2100
or
99*12=1188

So adding HDAF am paying
3480+2100=5580 for 12 months
&
5580+1600=7180 for 13 months..

If i go for annual pack am paying 5000 for 12 months.

Which would be better..

But as per TS website and their package system if you pay for total 12 months then you will receive a rebate overall. As for HDAF for 12 months you will have to pay rs.1925 instead of rs.2100
