Bro not every time we may get HDAF @99 so just took an average of 6 months. So it depends, I have been using TS from past 9 months and got it @99 for 7 months and one month I got it @₹1 as part of Jingalala Saturday offer and one month I got it for free with new connection.
99 and 175 packs are same, you can get 175 pack for 99 following a simple trick.
@Jithin91 bro regarding your calculation of 7180 for 13 months with monthly pay, would like you to consider below.

Base pack makes it 290*12=3480.
And HDAF, I would say consider 99 for 6 months and 175 for 6 months = 99*6+175*6 = 1644
Total for monthly packs for an year would be 3480+1644=5124 and considering if you make use of various recharge offers given by various sites at an average of 15% discount it comes to 4355.
And you can buy new connection for close to 1300 ~ 1400 online and let's make it 1350 + 4355 = 5705 for 13 months :)
Exactly this I wanted to say. Thanks for the illustrations, bro.
Also it'll further reduced by (174*2)=348 atleast, as we'll get HDAF @₹1/M for atleast twice a year.
I'm on TS since last July. In this 8 months, I paid 0+(99*3)+175+1+(99*2) for HDAF. I missed One ₹1 HDAF, else it would be ₹174 less.

Bro,I would say wait till Jio DTH to launch as they are on time and bringing more channels at even low cost.. Tatasky is good and a user of it,and after sales is also good.but will recommend to wait.

Are you going to launch Jio DTH personally..
tell me for sure.. then i will wait.

because Mukesh Ambani is not going to launch any DTH.

Jio is not launching a DTH service? I was also under the impression that it will be launched soon ! :O

I dont know from where people get fake news on Jio DTH. And some people want everywthing for cheap/free.
Jio will be coming with Digital Cable service and the same wont be available everywhere. No one knows when they will launch in metros also.

Yes, one thing is if the prices will be less, but what about the quality ??? Other DTH operators will also reduce their rates then.

The rule is if you want quality, you have to pay for it.

Nope, not even cable tv service.
Jio would launch iptv service bundled on its jio fiber in major cities, & later maybe on its jiolink fixed wireless service on 4g in rural areas.

But bro, it can be both, as videos are available on YouTube.

And it uses a coaxial cable, and also a modem is missing. For any IPTV a Modem and LAN cable is important.
And from the videos we can see the STB UI, which has no IPTV settings or menu. Looks like a Cable TV STB.

However there are other videos which show another STB which uses Modem.

All those videos are fake bro. Jio can only launch IPTV as they have broadband license.
Some people made fake videos at the starting of 2017,to get some views in their chanels as the FAKE RUMOUR of jio dth was spreading high up at that point of time.

@Jithin91 bro. If you have the option, you should go with TS. There is nothing more to say. You already know how fast they add chanels and how their services are.

Yes bro. fake romour on DTH.

But i am want to know how they are providing the service. Yes, agree with IPTV part, we all know how IPTV works. Airtel/BSNL/MTNL also tried.

But there is one video where the guy says its a Cable TV services and he shows the demo. The settings of the STB looks like 100% cable STB, and not IPTV,
