Signal not found

I am not getting any signals from any of the vertical transponders. But horizontal transponders are working fine. I also not able to view lot of channels like axn, star workd, etc. but I can watch channels like history hd, discovery, etc.

This happens after I got a software update on the settop box box few months ago. I did a factory reset to get the latest channel line up and started facing this issue. I had to manually enter the transponders to scan the channels.

Anyone experiencing this type of an issue?

Also appreciate if someone can publish the latest list of transponders.

Sometimes this problem used to happen for me. But restarting the set top box solved the issue. Not sure what exactly is the problem for you since you already tried restarting and resetting the set top box.

By the way, you can refer the current list of transporters of D2H in the below thread.

Thanks Sadiq. I have tried restarting the box several times did factory reset few times as well. Still no luck with vertical transponder signals.

Looks like a problem with LNB......

If possible connect STB with a new LNB if possible......

So that u can isolate the problem ....

Also,It may be switching problem from STB.....
