signal problem

i am able to receive the signal from Lanka sat 12110 H 40700 & 12170 H 40700 in one of my STB but in same connection when i join in another STB which i purchased recently the signal shows 4 while in Previous STB i am gating signal of 64.

can some one tel me what could be problem in my new STB as i am gating the signal of Dishtv Signal 55 of 12595 H 40700 in the recently brought STB but cant get sing from 12110 H 40700 & 12170 H 40700

i have also this kind problem.
my set top box gets signals from insat 4b + Ses 8 satellite.
but he never gets any signal from nss 6 satellite.

while ses-8 & nss6 satellite are same position in 95 degree east..

but getting only ses-8 signals.. why?
