Signal Quality and Signal Strength

Hi,
I would like to know what's an ideal settings for signal quality and strength for my Airtel digital HD HEVC STB.

Currently my airtel's HEVC HD STB having following

Signal Strength - 60%
Signal quality - 14
Is this LESS??
