signal quality is very low

hello guys

i have purchased a new ts sd connection..can anyone tell me what is the difference between signal strength and signal quality..
i am getting around 80-90 signal in all channels but signal quality is very low ie under 20..but can see pictures smoothly..for star sprts 1 signal quality is null..but can see good picture..so pls give me the diffrence between those 2..expecting ans in detail..

Every new connection comes with one year warranty with free service visit. So call cc ask for service visit, Tech team will fix it for free.

is that a problem in signal dipyan bro..

U may face problem if sky has little cloud. Cloud block some signal and your dish isn't aligned properly so not receiving full signal. It may happen that you will get no signal without heavy rain. So call CC as everything s free within 1 year.

May be tree is blocking the dish antenna.
