I have the very first Tata Sky HD box. I tried to look at the back of STB. All I found is Designed by Pace and manufactured at Cal-Comp, Thailand. The manually working code for me is press "back" button 4 times and then 2485. But when I tried it just says the message "New software being downloaded" but no progress happens at all.

The system settings showing following information. What am I missing?

Software download: Aborted
- Error Info:2n: 9t: 4c: 1
- Error Text: Foreground Download

Try back button 2 times and 2465.. It may start downloading... But as far as i know first TS HD model was made by Kaon Media... Pace Boxes are only made for HD DVRs, i.e TS+ HD / TS+ Transfer... So first time hearing about it... If possible share a picture of your set top box...
