If after default factory reset.you not see full list of channel in your set top box.then technical problem of your local cable operator.please call your local cable operator.you are not in punjab.i lives in punjab I see all channel without 4channel but I see in list.what money you monthly?

1 year ago I also face this problem.in my area half channel not avilable bz the reason is local cable operator technical problem.but now working
