Still i am not getting Sony Max HD.

What is customer care saying,ask them that you want to talk to some senior executive and then make him understand your problem or post complaint on their twitter or facebook page,they will contact you themselves

I called customer care they told that Sony Max HD is not available in our platform right now as it added we let you know

Hence TataSky is best at every aspect. Airtel is quite unexpected. Channels addition and pricing is quite confusing. Their website also not getting updated time to time.
