Yes he completely ruined sab tv by ignoring comedy shows and the downfall of tmkoc started happening after he joined and he completely ruined max also by making it a south centric and the acquisition of hindi movies were also very bad yes recently max have improved in movie acquisition the only positive under his leadership was the both channels weren't losing any money which is the main motive of a business that s why he survived for so long
