Guys I am thinking that Sony is restructuring itself. Give your opinion.

The positive under np singh that he made sure that company stays profitable even they had to let go several properties like yrf ipl filmfare and not to go for big budget films and costly cricket rights
The negative under neeraj vyas was that just for the sake of trps and to pay less he was buying just craps from banners like t series pooja entertainment and he made max a full south centric channel post 2015 before that its main focus was hindi movies they used to air movies like ddlj rab ne rowdy Rathore shootout at Wadala bhootnath Krrish but these movies were sidelined on main max they may had aired these movies on max 2 or on max hd but there are many people who don't watch max 2 or max hd like me who didn't hd channels till 2020 and he ruined sab tv also
Hopefully under new leaders these things will get improved

Problem was not genre. He actually saw the future. Southern movies are now dominating hindi belt. What he did wrong was not investing in quality of dubbing and relying too much on one particular genre. Movies were so poorly dubbed. It was unwatchable. Once studios themselves started their own channels and other broadcasters started putting money into dubbed content. It was game over for Max. Also ignoring bollywood movies alienated most viewers.
