if Sony Six manage to get Serie A and La Liga rights from Star it will be a huge favor to football fans in India.

They will 1st Target Bundesliga from NEO, and once they have 1 European Soccer league, trust me they will struggle to telecast 2 leagues with 1 SD & 1 HD Channel.....:wall:wall:wall

Once they have some more broadcast rights they can always launch a new channel. For now they only have Aussie Open (from 2015), IPL & NBA as long term telecast rights.

Takeover of Neo is always better than closure from viewers' point of view. So viewer will have more options.

So no hindi feed on this series as they are going to telecast only on sony six...
By the way good news.:tup

Only Star does this type of work. The Ashes show produced by Sky Sports UK is shown everyday on Star Sports 1.No other channel does this.

Yes Bro, its only Star in India and this has evolved from only other Broadcaster to do the same is Sky Sports UK. They have dedicated Contracted team of Commentators to provide feed alternate from Host Broadcasters for all English Cricket matches. Both are linked with Rupert Murdoch Group !!!:sp:sp:sp

IPL is there only Cash Cow, rest all investment will take time before generating Profit. They will need some cash before launching new Channel as it takes lot of Investment !!! Remember they have still not launched Max & Pix HD Channels despite acquiring license long time back !!!
