Oops. sorry for typo mistake. I missed the word HD.

No it's not paired. U need to subscribe english news pack @45 or subscribe CNBC TV 18 prime HD by paying Rs 100 which is ridiculous way of subscribing this channel.
English business news pack @15 doesn't contain this channel.

yeah they should provide the mapping which rushil bro posted. But the good news is if u have subscribe some channel mistakenly (for example u want starsports HD 1 and u subscribe ss1 mistakenly as u need to subscribe ss3), u need to just raise this issue, cc fixed it immediately without any delay.
