It's library was very good alongwith it's audio & picture quality.
We airtel users are not having any other HD music channel so that made it more special.

Simple logic, if this channel was famous or better than other channels then Sony must not be forced to close it. They closed it because there were not many people watching this channel.

There are possibilities that Sony Mix may continue forever songs like 9X Jalwa while Sony Rox may become as like 9XM, shows new songs only.

After disney getting full control of Star it will be interesting to see if Sony would want to continue a JV (sony espn) with their competitor.
I think No, JV can be ended even before the original term in special cases like this one.

Yes that is true but SONY why would let go ESPN that easy Just to watch them with STAR and increase competition for them ?? Isn't star already launching more channels !
They had to sacrificed Sony kix for ESPN .

This is just imagination . If they wanted sony rox to continue , then they would have never killed that brand . Afterall building brand is not easy . And killing existing brand and also reviving it much harder . Atleast incase of tv channels that never happens. They don't even bring their old logos back , then bringing channel back with same name is next to impossible .

One possibility is that they may launch new music channel with new name , but not near future due to this TRAI mess
