Yes Viacom cannot negotiate. Star Times and Sony in this order are best in this regard who are aggressive enough to put channels on their platform.

I said earlier Sports18 should go for these Cricket media Rights, But they're not interested on these don't know whey struggling to acquire important Rights.

Better Viacom/Sports 18 should go for Zimbabwe, Ireland, Bangladesh or even New Zealand, Afghanistan, European ECL T10 Broadcasting Rights. Associate USA/Oman Cricket too Good Growing up many indian players playing for these nations.
