Looks like Viacom18 very slow in adding their new channels on all DTH Platforms,

Star Sports Regional channels, Sony Ten-4 added in all DTH Platforms,

Here Sports18 still not available in DishTv.

Unless Sports 18 1 gets some major Cricketing rights, This Channel will be similar to Eurosport & 1 Sports, Hence TP adds HD Version or not doesnt matter to lot of people.

Sports 18 not going for any cricket rights except IPL / BCCI rights. Recently Aus and Eng home matches rights bought by star and sony, i don't see any competition from sports 18. Even Sports 18 could have show the recent Ind - WI series agreement with fancode. But seems sports 18 interested only in IPL / BCCI rights , or ICC tournament rights
