Should Sports Networks have Regional Channels?

Anyone else remember tennis being aired on Star Cricket? It was a cricket centric channel. Yet, they aired other important content. Meanwhile Viacom getting FIFA World Cup rights is good for digital viewers as they gonna get a 4K experience for the first time. Terrible for TV viewers. They don't have 1 HD sports channel on most major platforms. On top of that I have no idea how they gonna simulast 4 different matches at the same time. MTV and Vh1 won't be enough to air 2 simulcast matches. They need to sort lots of things out asap.
 
Colors Infinity has fresh shows. So we can count that out. Here's what we can do.

Match 1 - Sports18 1, Sports18 1 HD, Sports 18 Khel, Vh1 and Vh1 HD.
Match 2 - MTV and MTV HD.
Match 3 - History TV18 and History TV18 HD.
Match 4 - Colors Cineplex and Colors Cineplex HD.
