Should Sports Networks have Regional Channels?

As per Court orders, DD sports will available without encryption on all dth in future, otherwise Dish tv goes to court again.
 
if pvt. broadcaster has rights and telecasting in tv, then DD sports will be encrypted , so that dth users have to subscribe the channel separately
As per my understanding, this current media rights of BCCI , will be sell at less price , as apart from T20, and ODI, test match also pvt. broadcaster has to share with DD. Star and Sony will be cautious in spending money in BCCI rights.
 
So coming days we can watch every private Broadcasters airing more highlights like 1Sport than Live events, MIB guidelines always against Broadcasters.

It's fascinating to know how does the government churns out ways to extract money from every possibility. It'd be interesting to know if foreign countries also have such rules.
This could be one of the reasons of not broadcasting the live telecast of many sporting events by TV channels despite having the rights.

Do you know if CCTV 5 in China buy rights? Or is there a Sports Act in China?

They do have other competitors airing commercial events like UFC, WWE, Chanpions League etc. airs there. CCTV is not the broadcaster here.
