The DTH operators deliberately not carry the channels which they want to keep out for some or other reasons specifically the reason being high price of them even with providing in a bouquet . Thats the reason Airtel and Dishtv miss many of the paid channels . Tata Play carries most of them and it also misses some of them.

Yes , that is true. But airtel is not deliberately keeping out chs. Space on TP or empty slots is not the issue, as i have stated before without New RIO agreement they cannot add pending Viacom18 chs bcoz it requires changes in LCN of many chs to fit in current RIO incentive slab and same not possible at present bcoz Channel placement of other broadcasters cannot b fiddled till their current RIO agreement is valid. Wait a little more , as soon as airtel signs new RIO with all broadcasters, chs will get added. Zee Zest HD can b added on LCN 417 or even 414 by shifting Travel XP to 415 but it is not getting added bcoz of both zee and airtel either r not able to reach mutually acceptable decision on carriage fee or zee has decided not to pay carriage fee for it and airtel not adding it on its own. This channel ain't part of NTO 1.0 RIO. Adding Zee Zest HD is not an issue as it will fit in previously held placement of Living Foodz HD thus not interfering in current RIO agreement terms of other broadcasters
