I think it should get solved fast as Dish Tv is a bigger company with merger of D2h and Star will not like to loose so many 45 percent of DTH market customers so easily,TDSAT is unable to solve,it is a big hit for DishTV & D2h

As predicted the power of D2H and DishTV combine is so big,deal will be done as predicted by me on 2nd April it self

if deal wasnt completed...they misght have removed from base packs(no free preview) and made them a-la-ra carte as they have done for sony channels earlier.

Update :

TDSAT order from 10th April in Star India vs Dish TV

From the submission of learned counsel for the parties, it appears that matter has been settled outside the Court and the agreement is likely to be signed by the end of this month.

As jointly prayed, post the matter under the same head on 1.5.2018.

May be due to this settlement, they have planned for the base pack price hike. Both dish TV n D2h.
