Bcoz India cricket fetch very high viewership and lot of investment goes in acquiring rights of these events hence cost reduction is done but still Star Sports continued to acquire many niche sporting properties as well as popular events specially in non cricket section

No.... They will continue to remain in India via its broadcast business.... Exit won't happen unless there is some drastic need for it which i don't see happening anytime soon.. Before merger too many people were speculating that Disney will sell its broadcast business and i had said that time too it won't happen and a merger would be considered to expand growth.... India is very important region for every indian or foreign broadcaster / OTT platforms as it offers huge growth in both segments plus FTA/AVoD market within it is again a big audience base thereby adding to the range of strategies which can be crafted to garner success

Bcoz Star India is the name of the entity under which broadcast operations will be managed however parent company name wil continue to be Disney-Star
