Later Disney writes off/shows loss of 1.5 bn USD in STAR India books

Just curious on this topic , are they still fighting legal battle against zee. As i can find any update on this matter.

I do not agree with your fact assertion of aggressive acquisition of all cricket rights. They lost Cricket Australia and ECB rights during this period which they held since ages. They only went aggressive for BCCI + ICC rights and IPL rights once it expired with Sony.

In first pic disney plus hotstar logo completely removed . From disney plus hotstar office banglore
In second pic only disney logo removed from disney star logo . Star logo still present not removed .
Jio logo has come to office will be fixed either on Saturday or sunday when employees are not there due to wiring and electrical involvement

I do not agree with your fact assertion of aggressive acquisition of all cricket rights. They lost Cricket Australia and ECB rights during this period which they held since ages. They only went aggressive for BCCI + ICC rights and IPL rights once it expired with Sony.

They have targets Indian Team playing matches(IPL, BCCI & ICC), not all boards, even now Disney Star acquires Cricket Australia rights after IPL digital & BCCI rights lost to Viacom18.

Yes they aggresively went after India rights only for which they surely overpaid.

I am not a star employee. But nothing has been updated. they have pulled down Disney plus hotstar logo completely and Disney logo from Disney star .
currently only star logo is there.

Already disney has this idea i think after 3 to 4 years they will sell their minority shares to reliance but they won't exist still may supply rights to reliance same like paramount

Disney India already existing and operating disney branded channels like Disney channel, disney jr, disney international etc. it makes me confused again
