Yes they aggresively went after India rights only for which they surely overpaid.

They can't overpaid in BCCI & IPL's E-auction as opponent also quote aggressively(runner-up was Sony/Star), but overpaid by Disney Star for ICC closed door bids.

I am not a star employee. But nothing has been updated. they have pulled down Disney plus hotstar logo completely and Disney logo from Disney star .
currently only star logo is there.

I think they'll unveil the new JioStar logo on New Year with Full network branding change . Currently just dropping Disney from all sites .
