So Network 18 becomes a subsidiary of Reliance Industries which handles news channels & publications.
Slowly 'Viacom 18' will get liquidated, so that Reliance Industries will become the largest direct shareholder in JioStar(about 60% +). Thus JioStar transform as the entertainment subsidiary of Reliance Industries with Disney & Bodhi as minor partners. Things seems going on that way.

1. Network 18 - News 18 channels, CNN News 18, Online news and related portals.
2. JioStar - Entertainment channels, Sports Channels, Streaming, Studios etc.

Jio Star could take a valuable lesson from BBK Electronics. BBK owns multiple brands like OnePlus, Vivo, Oppo, Realme, and iQOO. While they are part of the same company, each brand has its own distinct identity. My recommendation for Jio Star is to establish a unique identity for each channel, rather than relying on a uniform theme with stars or colors.

Each brand have distinct identity? Vivo and iqoo have same User interface nd specifications also more similar they are selling in different models nd design And incase of oppo OnePlus realme follows same this three also have same user interfaces in different names
