MUMBAI: The game of dice and Draupadi’s ‘cheer-haran’ in its epic show ‘Mahabharat’ have helped Star Plus, the foremost Hindi general entertainment channel (GEC), to further widen the gap with its peers. Star Plus added 46 million GVMs (gross television viewership in millions) in the week ended 12 April. Zee TV, which also added 38 million GVMs, is back at No. 2.
